Mark and Bridget started their careers in the appraisal industry with Forsythe Appraisals, an industry pioneer in the development of a nationwide staff model.  They both benefited greatly from mentorship from some of the most knowledgeable individuals in the industry.

 

Mark Ryan brings 23 years of national appraising experience to Ryan Valuations LLC. Mark has hired and trained teams of appraisers in Colorado, Nevada, California and Minnesota. In addition, Mark has extensive experience with building operation systems, has in-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines and appraisal practices.   

Bridget Kent brings over 29 years of experience in the appraisal industry, including managing, leading training initiatives and business development on a national level. Bridget has a strong sales background focused on long term relationship building. Bridget seeks to understand each customer's unique needs and identify opportunities to expand their business and increase profitability. Bridget has served on the Minnesota Mortgage Association Board of Directors for several years.
